Billingswood Manor Seniors’ Residence is licensed by the Retirement Homes Regulatory Authority (RHRA) and we are committed to making our residents feel right at home.

The Managing Director is responsible for the overall operation of the facility. The Administrator assumes responsibility and is accountable for the outcome of all programs and services conducted by the facility. Reporting to the President, the Managing Director accepts responsibility for the management and leadership strategies. The Administrator’s office is located beside the nursing office. Please feel free to drop by!
The Operations and Human Resources Manager is in charge of the day-to-day operations within the Manor. Working closely with the Managing Director, together they continually ensure safety practices and professionalism from all staff members, in order to ensure our residents get the best care and service from our team here at Billingswood Manor. Not only is the day to day operations or the training of new staff part of her daily routine, she also knows the Manor inside and out. The Director of Care is responsible for ensuring a high standard of care and services to the residents by the nursing department. The Director of Care coordinates the responsibilities of the nurses and healthcare aides.
Reception attends to the business affairs of all staff and residents of the facility, including all financial issues of the Manor.
The Activities Coordinator, in cooperation with staff members and volunteers, supports and encourages the development of resident-centered activities within the facility and solicits community involvement with individual residents and the facility. The Activities Coordinator also assesses the needs of our residents and provides individual activities for residents who prefer them to group activities.

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the upkeep and restoration of the facility.
The Nursing/Health Care Staff provides the residents with assistance in all activities of daily living, including medical supervision and emergencies.
The Dietary Staff assists in the preparation and service of nutritious meals in a safe and attractive manner, and ensures the residents feel welcome and at home in the dining room.
The Housekeepers provide the residents with an esthetic, clean and comfortable environment.
